Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of every Camp Crystal Plush bear we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. What you order is what you get — please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

By placing an order with Camp Crystal Plush you are agreeing to all of our policies.

The only exception is if your order arrives damaged or defective. In the extremely rare case that something is wrong with your order you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hplush18@outlook.com with your order number and photo evidence of the damage. Any claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible and will be considered invalid.

We reserve the right to assess each situation on a case by case basis. Refunds are only issued in the absolute rarest of circumstances and are never guaranteed.
