Shipping Policy

All orders are handmade to order. Due to the handmade nature of every Camp Crystal Plush bear please allow 20-40 business days for production before your order is shipped. Once your order has been produced and shipped delivery typically takes an additional 5-7 business days.

Please note that production and shipping times may vary and delays can occur depending on current order volume and demand.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Camp Crystal Plush is not responsible for any delays caused by high order volume, carrier delays or circumstances outside of our control.
